Need help with your order? Use the links below to check your order status, learn how long processing may take, or find out whether your order can still be changed or canceled. You’ll also receive email updates after your order is placed and again once it ships.

  • Order processing: To learn more about how long order processing takes, click here. Orders received before 1:30 PM EST may be processed the same business day if the item is in stock and verification is complete.
  • Order changes and cancellations: To learn more about modifying or canceling an order, click here. Changes or cancellations can only be requested during a limited window after the order is placed.

Important: Orders placed through third-party sellers cannot be changed through Jomashop.com, and some payment methods or credit cards may not allow shipping address updates. In some cases, the order may need to be canceled and placed again with the correct address.
