Order Changes & Cancellations
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you notice any errors, please contact Jomashop.com immediately so we can correct them. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. To track your package, visit the Order Status Page.
Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window after they’re placed. To request a change or cancellation:
- Call us at (877) 834-1434 and have your order number ready.
- Or contact us via Live Chat or the Customer Service Center.
Important:
- Orders made through third-party sellers/marketplaces cannot be altered. For example, shipping address changes are only available for orders placed directly on Jomashop.com.
- Some payment methods/credit cards do not permit changes to your shipping address. In those cases, we may need to cancel your order and ask you to place a new order with the correct address.
We’ll reply to let you know whether your order can be modified or canceled. Requests are only guaranteed when made by phone or live chat. If you haven’t received a response, your request has not been processed. Please contact us if you have any questions with regards to the status of an order.
