The Jomashop Loyalty Program allows customers to earn Joma Cash (promotional cashback) for purchases made through the Jomashop Android or Jomashop iOS app. Joma Cash can be earned for items purchased from the following departments:

• Fragrances

• Skincare

• Makeup

How to Earn Joma Cash

Eligibility

• App Purchases Only: Joma Cash is awarded exclusively for purchases made through the Jomashop Android or iOS app.

• Eligible Departments: Only items from the Fragrances, Skincare, and Makeup departments qualify for Joma Cash rewards.

• Earning Joma Cash:
  For every qualified purchase of fragrance or beauty items on the Jomashop Mobile app, you’ll earn 1 cent of Joma Cash for every $1 you spend. Over time, your Joma Cash adds up and can be redeemed by applying Joma Cash to your purchase at checkout.
• Joma Cash Multiplier Events: During specially marked events you could earn 2x, 3x or more per dollar spent than the normal rate!

Joma Cash Rewards

• Joma Cash Is Awarded When Your Order Ships: Joma Cash will be credited to your account once your order ships from the Jomashop Warehouse. 

• Partial Eligibility: If your purchase includes items from both eligible and non-eligible departments, you will only earn Joma Cash for the eligible items.

How can I see my Joma Cash?
Log in to your account center and tap on “Loyalty.” You will see a summary of your Joma Cash there.

How do I redeem Joma Cash?
During checkout you will have the option to apply Joma Cash to your order.

Does Joma Cash expire?
Yes, Joma Cash expires after 60 days without activity.

What counts as Activity?

Placing an eligible orders.

What is Joma Cash?
Joma Cash is promotional cash back. It has no monetary value unless redeemed before its expiration date.

Note: Joma Cash may be suspended or terminated at any time. Promotional value for promotional purposes only, without money or other value given in exchange.

Can I stack Joma Cash and a coupon?
Yes — you can apply both a Joma Cash and a coupon to the same order.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I get Joma Cash for past purchases?
No, the loyalty program begins on May 1, 2025. Only purchases made on or after this date are eligible for points.

I didn’t purchase using the app. Can I still get points?
No. Joma Cash are only awarded for purchases made through the Jomashop Android or iOS app. Be sure to use the app for future purchases. We cannot add Joma Cash for past purchases.

If I purchase one item from an eligible category (e.g., a perfume) and one from a non-eligible category, will I still get Joma Cash?
Yes, you will earn Joma Cash for the eligible item(s). Non-eligible items will not award Joma Cash.

What if I return an item? Do I keep the Joma Cash?
No. Joma Cash for returned items are revoked. If you've already used the Joma Cash, the equivalent value will be deducted from your refund.
