Jomashop Loyalty Program
The Jomashop Loyalty Program allows customers to earn points for purchases made through the Jomashop Android or Jomashop iOS app. Points can be earned for items purchased from the following departments:

 


How to Earn Points

Eligibility

  • App Purchases Only: Points are awarded exclusively for purchases made through the Jomashop Android or iOS app.

  • Eligible Departments: Only items from the Fragrances, Skincare, and Makeup departments qualify for point accrual.

Point Accrual

  • Points Awarded When Order Ships: Points will be credited to your account once your order ships from the Jomashop Warehouse. 

  • Partial Eligibility: If your purchase includes items from both eligible and non-eligible departments, you will earn points only for the eligible items.

  • Points Earnout: For every qualified purchase of fragrance/beauty items on the Jomashop Mobile app, users will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Once enough points are accrued, users can redeem points for 'JomaCash' in the loyalty section of your account center.

How to View and Redeem Points

How can I see my current points?
Log in to your account center and tap on “Loyalty.” You will see a summary of your points there.

How do I redeem points?
Log in to your account center and tap on “Loyalty.” Then, tap the “Redeem Reward” tab and select a reward to redeem.


Points and JomaCash Information

Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 60 days. Don’t forget to redeem them!

Does JomaCash expire?
Yes, JomaCash expires after 30 days.

What is JomaCash?
JomaCash is a promotional gift card. It has no monetary value unless redeemed before its expiration date.
JomaCash may be suspended or terminated at any time. Promotional value for promotional purposes only, without money or other value given in exchange.

Can I stack JomaCash and a coupon?
Yes — you can apply both a JomaCash gift card and a coupon to the same order.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I get points for past purchases?
No, the loyalty program begins on May 1, 2025. Only purchases made on or after this date are eligible for points.

I didn’t purchase using the app. Can I still get points?
No. Points are only awarded for purchases made through the Jomashop Android or iOS app. Be sure to use the app for future purchases. We cannot add points for past purchases.

If I purchase one item from an eligible category (e.g., a perfume) and one from a non-eligible category, will I still get points?
Yes, you will earn points for the eligible item(s). Non-eligible items will not accrue points.

What if I return an item? Do I keep the points?
No. Points for returned items are revoked. If you've already used the points, the equivalent value will be deducted from your refund.
