Shipping Guide

Jomashop will gladly pay for ground shipping on every order valued over $100 within the United States. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured. Orders outside the 48 continental States require Second Day or Next Day Air service. PO, APO, FPO or DPO addresses must be shipped by USPS. Standard ground shipping can range from 1 to 6 business days. Please view the map below for transit time estimation.  Express shipping options are available; see below.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped to you via ground delivery. Jomashop will determine the specific shipping method.

Insurance

Jomashop provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping Outside the Continental United States

Orders shipping within the  48 United States, however, outside of the 48 Continental States (eg; Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO addresses) will be shipped via ground delivery. APO or FPO strictly require us to ship via the US Postal Service.

    Expedited shipping methods are available.
  • APO, FPO, and US Postal boxes.
    Shipping starts at $5.99.
    Only USPS Standard Shipping is available
  • Other Protectorates (GU, VI, MP, MH):
    Shipping starts at $25.00.
    Expedited shipping methods may not be available for all locations.

  • Ground Residential / Commercial: Free on all U.S. orders over $100.00/$5.99 for orders under $100.00
  • UPS/FedEx 2 Day Air Shipping (only for domestic U.S. orders): $14.99
  • UPS/FedEx 1 Day Shipping (only for domestic U.S. orders): $29.99
  • UPS Next Day AM (only for domestic U.S. orders): $59.99
  • UPS Saturday Delivery (only for domestic U.S. orders): $59.99
  • International Shipping via UPS/DHL: Costs calculated at checkout
    • Prepaid duty options are available for select countries

Shipping Restrictions

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
  • Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
  • Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location.

Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Jomashop to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Jomashop, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Jomashop will gladly refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Jomashop to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Jomashop within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. For help with international shipping, please read our International Shipping Issues section. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.

Packaging

In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Jomashop reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Jomashop cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
