Product Warranty

Jomashop warranties are now automatically registered when you purchase a watch, manufacturer warranties (companies listed below) may still require manual warranty registration.

Jomashop.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 1 to 5 years after purchase (see chart for exceptions). Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.

The Jomashop.com warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from Jomashop.com.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

Jomashop.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this product, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Certified that your Adee Kaye watch is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for three years from the date of purchase. To qualify for service under the guarantee, you must present your watch together with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover accidental damage to glass, bracelet, strap, battery, case as well as negligent use and willful tampering of the watch. $17.95 shipping and handling is required (shipping cost may change without prior notice).

Akribos XXIV - Manufacturers Guarantee

The manufacturer declares that all Akribos XXIV watches are covered by an international warranty against any manufacturing defect that will be honored by the date of purchase of the watch. Akribos XXIV will within 24 months from the date of the purchase, repair or replace (at Akribos XXIV option) the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material workmanship under normal use. For quartz watches, the battery is covered by the warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover the watchcase, watch bracelet, strap, crystals or normal wear. This warranty will be void if the watch has been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions. Unless the watch is labeled as “water resistant” this warranty will also be void if the watch has been submerged in water.
This international warranty shall only be valid if the watch has been purchased from a reseller authorized by Akribos XXIV.
The warranty card must be presented together with the watch to an authorized Akribos XXIV service center for all in-warranty servicing. Any work performed on an Akribos watch by an unauthorized person or entity shall automatically render this international warranty null and void.
All Akribos XXIV watches are accompanied with directions for use including recommendations of care and maintenance that should be followed. Any damage resulting from improper use or mistreatment of the watch is not covered under the 2-year warranty.
The terms of this international warranty do not in any way restrict or otherwise affect any possible statutory rights which the consumer may be entitled by law in the country of purchase.
If your watch should require service during the period of warranty, please send it along with a copy of your original bill of purchase and check in the amount of $15 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.

August Steiner- Manufacturers Guarantee

BRERA - Manufacturers Guarantee

Your BRERA watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by BRERA under the terms and conditions of this warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty only covers the following components: the watch movement, hands and dial.
Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of the service center) free of repair charges. A copy of the receipt or completed, dated, stamped and signed BRERA International Warranty card is required for proof of purchase. A $14.95 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service in the US. International warranty shipping and handling fees may vary.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. In case of replacement, BRERA cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your watch is not available, a watch of equal value or similar appearance will be provided.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Using the chronograph function for more than 30 minutes per day will significantly reduce the life of the battery of your quartz movement.

Empress - Manufacturers Guarantee

1-Year Limited Warranty - warranted against breakage or malfunction under normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship, to the original consumer / purchaser. This 1-year limited warranty includes all components of the movement and the case. This warranty does not extend to the finish, crystal, battery, bracelet, or strap / band.

2-Year Extended Warranty - Quartz / Automatic Movement - The internal components and quartz / automatic movement in all watches are warranted up to two years, against breakage or malfunction under normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship, to the original consumer / purchaser. The extended warranty covers the movement only, against any fault in normal operation, that is not the result of an expired battery, water intrusion, impact, or improper use.


GEVRIL - Manufacturers Guarantee

GEVRIL will not provide any warranty service for:
* Normal wear and tear due to normal use (for example, scratched on the metallic surface).
* Damage while in the possession of the consumer, not resulting from a manufacturing defect (including, but not limited to improper care and improper storage of the watch).
* Damage caused by tampering with, opening the watch, or other than normal or reasonable use.
* Damage caused by repairs or alterations performed anywhere other than an authorized GEVRIL Service Center.
* Due to theft or loss.
* Damage caused by natural causes beyond the control of GEVRIL.
The GEVRIL warranty is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, only if proof of purchase can be provided.
If work is done under the warranty, the GEVRIL service center may charge for postage and insurance. Services are also available for a charge after the warranty period has expired.
Please wrap the watch securely and clearly print your name and return address on the package. In addition, provide contact information and include written explanation of the problem(s) you are experiencing. Always purchase insurance your watch when using the mail. Do not include paperwork or gift box in your shipment. Postage, insurance, and shipping incurred in sending the watch for service are the owner's responsibility.
The battery is guaranteed for 1 year. The warranty does not cover leather straps. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include maintenance.
Maintenance shall include changing of batteries outside the 1 year warranty period, ensuring water resistance and all other services other than replacement of defective warranty parts.
Warranty work and maintenance must be done by an official GEVRIL service center. Work performed by anyone other than an official GEVRIL service center renders this warranty void.

This 2 Year Limited Warranty includes all components and craftsmanship of the movement and watchcase. The warranty will become null and void if the timepiece is misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart, or if the timepiece is repaired by anyone other than an authorized dealer or warranty will be void. The warranty is not extended to the watch strap, bracelet, finish, crystal, crown or battery. The warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential or special damage arising from any or all uses of the watch.
